A little R&R...

Okay, so I'm skipping out of work a little early today.  Jeff and I sat down recently and hammered out a strict TO DO list for our home life and
our businesses which is to be conquered by the Christmas holiday, so
this is probably the last little chance we'll have for a while to relax.

We decided to take in a movie tonight - Babel.  I have heard awesome things about it, so I'm hoping it lives up to the hype.  We recently saw The Departed and Flags of Our Fathers, and while FOOF wasn't bad, it wasn't all that I hoped it would be.  I thought The Departed was much better, personally.  Of course, it probably didn't help that FOOF gave out a homework assignment in the form of a marketing survey, with questions about the movie and TV/film in general.  They were handing the surveys out at the movie, and I somehow felt obligated to complete one.  Jeff, obviously, did not, but he was generous enough to let me fill his out for him.  Such a kind man...

Anyhow, Jeff and I are trying to beat the crowds and hit an early show, then dinner and even some Christmas shopping since we'll be at the mall anyhow (I can't believe I just said that!).  Gotta run.
